R0AR:
A Self-Custody Chain for the Executive Class of Web3
R0AR set out to design a Web3 platform that reflects how modern creators, investors, and communities actually want to participate — with autonomy, aligned incentives, and meaningful access. At the core of this vision is R0AR Chain, a high-performance Layer 2 on the Optimism OP Stack, developed to support real user custody and ecosystem-level coordination from day one.

The chain anchors a suite of products that are native to the R0AR ecosystem — including the R0AR Wallet, Executive R0AR Society NFTs, staking infrastructure, DAO modules, and the $1R0R token. From governance to gamified incentives, every interaction is backed by smart contracts deployed directly on R0AR Chain — eliminating reliance on disconnected tools or third-party bridges.

The result is a vertically integrated infrastructure that blends DeFi, culture, and utility. They call it “a society on-chain.” But under the hood, it’s high-performance, production-grade infrastructure — engineered for speed, scale, and sovereignty.
“We’ve seen firsthand how public chains can’t scale for real-world gaming. With Pentagon Chain, we’re taking control—gas, liquidity, social, everything—while keeping Ethereum-grade trust. And Zeeve helped us turn that into reality.”
— Idon Liu, Co-founder, Pentagon Games
The Challenge:
Web3 Promised Ownership, But Delivered Workarounds
Before launching their OP Stack chain, the R0AR team encountered the same limitations that many Web3 builders face when trying to create scalable, user-first applications. Interoperability issues, gas unpredictability, and the absence of a coherent identity layer made even simple product experiences difficult to deliver.

Fragmented Infrastructure and Tooling

Developers and creators were forced to stitch together NFTs, wallets, DAOs, and DeFi components across multiple platforms — each with its own UX friction, gas model, and integration headaches. There was no unified, builder-first ecosystem.

High Gas and Congestion on L1s

Ethereum’s cost and congestion made it nearly impossible for smaller creators or interactive use cases like staking and gaming to operate sustainably. For an ecosystem prioritizing accessibility and experimentation, this was a major blocker.

Lack of Identity and Cultural Cohesion

Web3 lacked a culture-driven identity layer. NFTs were collectibles, not passports. Communities were gated by Discord bots, not on-chain logic. There was no infrastructure where identity, access, and collaboration could converge.

No Real Self-Custody in DeFi

Existing DeFi platforms required centralized bridges, third-party frontends, or off-chain logic. True self-custody — where users owned every layer from wallet to governance — simply didn’t exist.

Inaccessible Incentives and Governance

Builders, LPs, and community members lacked a consistent incentive structure. There was no native rewards engine to support contribution, liquidity, or ecosystem alignment in a programmable way.
CodeNekt aimed to solve these problems not just with better UI but with a dedicated Avalanche L1 blockchain network that could serve as the digital backbone for vehicle identity and interaction.
The Solution:

R0AR Chain — A Full-Stack, Custody-First OP Stack Rollup
To bring its vision to life, R0AR launched its own Layer 2 rollup on the Optimism OP Stack — with Zeeve as its Rollups-as-a-Service partner. This wasn’t a typical L2 deployment. It was a full-stack Web3 operating system, combining performance, cultural capital, and on-chain composability.
“Vertical chains like CodeNekt can’t afford even a moment of uncertainty. They run real-world systems with real consequences. We engineered every part of their L1 to deliver enterprise-grade uptime, data integrity, and observability at scale.”
- Dr. Ravi Chamria, Co-founder & CEO of Zeeve.
Here’s what we implemented together:

Dedicated OP Stack Rollup

A high-performance Layer 2 with <2s transaction finality, 90% lower gas than Ethereum, and Ethereum-grade security. It serves as the trustless base layer for the entire R0AR economy — powering smart contracts, DAOs, NFTs, and tokens.

Node License Ecommerce Platform

Zeeve also designed and built a dedicated platform for the sale of node licenses on R0AR Chain. The system tokenizes node rights as ERC-721 NFTs and supports end-to-end commerce logic, including user onboarding, KYC via Blockpass, tiered NFT minting, dynamic pricing, multi-token payment (ETH, USDC, R0AR), and referral-based discounts. Every step — from license selection to NFT issuance — is handled on-chain, with smart contracts enforcing vesting logic, wallet-level mapping, and referral-based commission splits. The platform is integrated into the R0AR ecosystem as a key revenue and community bootstrapping mechanism.

R0AR Wallet (Live Beta)

Multi-chain support, social login options, native NFT and token management, and seamless dApp access. Wallet logic is fully aligned with the R0AR chain, removing the need for bridges or external dashboards.

Executive R0AR Society NFTs

Limited, art-forward NFT collection tied to metaverse access, DAO rights, and staking incentives. These NFTs are integrated directly into the chain’s logic, unlocking benefits without off-chain dependencies.

$1R0R Token & Airdrop Infrastructure

Chain-native token designed for staking, governance, and LP incentives. Airdrop plans include snapshot-based eligibility, creator quests, and participation-driven rewards — all executed on-chain.

Plug-and-Play Creator/Builder Tooling

SDKs, analytics dashboards, governance modules, and NFT/token launchpad interfaces. Builders can deploy their own products inside the R0AR ecosystem — without needing separate infrastructure.

CDK-Compatible, Upgrade-Safe Implementation

To future-proof their chain, Zeeve ensured zero deviation from the upstream CDK stack. This lets Pentagon seamlessly adopt new Polygon updates, tooling, and features — critical for maintaining long-term compatibility across the evolving CDK ecosystem.

  • Only users owning a Memento Soulbound NFT can make a deposit.
  • Superusers can perform unrestricted L1→L2 operations. Superusers are privileged roles (protocol admins or authorized institutional actors) who have elevated permissions.

This infrastructure enabled Memento to do private transactions, permissioned onboarding, default interoperability, and a compliance-first architecture trusted by Deutsche Bank, recognized by MAS, and designed for scale.
R0AR Chain isn’t just about better UX. It’s about replacing fragile, fragmented stacks with a sovereign, programmable chain — one where ownership, access, and rewards are part of the base layer.
The Value Addition by Zeeve
Zeeve provided the infrastructure backbone for R0AR’s OP Stack deployment — ensuring the entire chain lifecycle, from testing to production, could scale with user needs and ecosystem growth. The partnership focused on speed, uptime, upgradeability, and visibility — without compromising on governance or ecosystem control.
“After months and months of development, having a partner like Zeeve is a relief. We completely outsourced the launch and hosting of our Layer 1. Zeeve brought our product to life in just a few moments. “
— Francis Hachem, CEO, CodeNekt
Here are the value additions by Zeeve:

Full Lifecycle Rollup Management

Zeeve handled end-to-end deployment across devnet, testnet, and mainnet — enabling R0AR to build, test, and launch with confidence. Environments were pre-configured with OP Stack governance, chain logic, and modular upgrade paths.

Commerce-Ready Node Licensing Framework

Zeeve transformed R0AR’s validator onboarding into a plug-and-play commerce layer by delivering the full technical and operational backbone for a tokenized node sale platform. Beyond infrastructure, Zeeve assumed full ownership of the sale architecture — from compliance tooling and smart contract logic to revenue mechanisms — allowing R0AR to activate validator communities without diverting internal bandwidth.

CI/CD with Governance-Safe Rollout

Rollup upgrades and contract changes are managed through automated pipelines with rollback protection. This ensures consistent delivery for dApps and infrastructure updates — critical for ecosystems rolling out token incentives and live DeFi tools.

Integrated TraceHawk Explorer

Real-time rollup monitoring, transaction health, and block stats are available to builders and community members. This creates transparency for all on-chain operations and helps dApps diagnose issues quickly during development or scaling.

Dedicated Faucet, RPC, and Dev Tooling

Early developer onboarding was accelerated with a working faucet, RPC endpoints, and contract deployment environments — making it easy for partners and internal teams to port dApps and interact with R0AR smart contracts.

Uptime Assurance with Compliance-Grade Infra

Hosted on Zeeve’s ISO 27001 and SOC2 Type 2 compliant infra, R0AR Chain runs with 99.9% uptime, 24x7 monitoring, and incident support — enabling trust with builders, token holders, and institutional partners.
The Result:

The R0AR Chain Is Live—and Already Setting the Standard for Self-Custody DeFi
The R0AR mainnet is live, with a growing suite of contracts powering staking, NFTs, governance, and token utilities. The R0AR Wallet is active across Android and browser, enabling users to interact directly with the chain’s infrastructure—without relying on external bridges or interfaces. Executive R0AR Society holders are already engaging with live on-chain features tied to metaverse access, airdrop eligibility, and DAO coordination.

More than 25 smart contracts are deployed, and early developers are actively building token drop portals, LP reward flows, and NFT-based utilities using the chain’s SDKs and faucet environments. With transaction finality under two seconds and drastically reduced gas costs, R0AR has created a performant, custody-first ecosystem for creators and investors.

As the $1R0R token prepares for its public airdrop and new ecosystem partners gear up to launch, the infrastructure is already proving reliable, scalable, and ready to grow. R0AR Chain isn’t a testbed—it’s a live, production-grade economy built on OP Stack and made real by Zeeve’s full-stack deployment and lifecycle support.
“Deutsche Bank has even used ZKsync’s tech to build its own rollup called the Memento ZK Chain Project, which is a core component in Singapore’s massive Project Guardian tokenization effort.”
The mainnet launch of Memento ZK Chain was a clear signal that Zeeve’s rollup infrastructure can meet the highest bar of institutional readiness. Memento’s ZK Chain now powers Project DAMA 2, a multi-chain fund servicing initiative under Singapore’s Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). It automates complex lifecycle operations like fund issuance, redemption, rebalancing, and compliance reporting—entirely onchain.

This kind of readiness arrives at a moment of accelerating demand. The onchain Real-World Asset (RWA) market reached $22.6 billion in May 2025, with a 7.5% monthly growth rate. Institutions are entering the space, and infrastructure like Memento ZK Chain is what they’re looking for—EVM-equivalent, compliant by design, and extensible for cross-chain operations.

Delphi Research and others have already flagged Memento as a model for what compliant rollup infrastructure should look like in the next phase of Ethereum adoption.

And at the heart of it, Zeeve’s RaaS platform provided the foundation to bring it to life.
