Requirements

4+ years while working with Blockchain technology.

A sincere researcher mindset with e excellent debugging skills.

System programming experience in languages of Golang. Additional languages like C++ and Rust are appreciated.

Understanding sockets, HTTP, WS, etc. communication protocols.

Writing performant servers with horizontal/vertical scalability, Concurrency and controls.

Experience in creating unit tests.

Intermediate level Javascript or NodeJS experience.

Understanding of concepts and practical experience with cryptography, consensus algorithms, p2p networking.

Good understanding of codebases such as Geth or other blockchain clients.

Experience in forking any blockchain client for any features.

Experience in solidity smart-contracts.

Expertise with Linux and networking.

Experience in creating quality distributions in Debian packages and Docker images.

A self-managing person and a guide to other team members.

Additional smart-contract languages expertise and experience like Rust, Golang, etc.

Experience or knowledge of Cosmos SDK.

Experience or knowledge of Blockchain Rollups.

Cloud and Infrastructure knowledge.

Additional Devops & automation knowledge.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate a researcher mindset with excellent debugging skills.

Develop system programs in Golang, with additional proficiency in C++ and Rust.

Understand and implement communication protocols like sockets, HTTP, and WS.

Write scalable, high-performance servers.

Manage concurrency and control mechanisms.

Create and execute unit tests.

Apply intermediate-level JavaScript or NodeJS skills.

Implement cryptography, consensus algorithms, and p2p networking.

Work with codebases like Geth and other blockchain clients.

Fork blockchain clients to add new features.

Develop and maintain Solidity smart contracts.

Demonstrate expertise in Linux and networking.

Create quality Debian packages and Docker images.

Self-manage tasks and guide other team members.
