Recently, Zeeve participated in Hackverse Chennai, India’s unique and blockchain-focused hackathon, to spread awareness and encourage developers to leverage the power of Web3. The hackathon took place from 15th-16th April 2023 at the SRM IST Ramapuram, Chennai Campus.
The two-day hackathon saw a diverse range of participants from all over the world, with teams of developers coming together to create innovative solutions using decentralized technologies. The event featured a series of talks and workshops with industry experts, giving participants an opportunity to learn about Web3, blockchain technology, and the possibilities of decentralized applications. Zeeve’s developer relationship advocate, Yuvank Soni represented the web3 infrastructure platform at the hackathon and also shed more light to all the attendees about Web3 and distributed applications, focusing on how developers can use these technologies to create new and innovative solutions. Zeeve was chosen to be the preferred web3 ecosystem partner for this event.
HACKVERSE is striving hard to create a regular culture of hackathons in the city of Chennai, with the main aim of providing youth with enhanced problem-solving skills. The organisation has made SRM IST Ramapuram its base to conduct hackathons on a large scale. Additionally, Zeeve, with its active participation and backing of HACKVERSE, was determined to spread awareness about web3 and its use cases through these hackathons. This will help the youth to understand the significance of the technology and its application in the real world. Hence, by providing the necessary resources and guidance required for the development of these skills, Zeeve aligned its goal with that of HACKVERSE and its team was present throughout the two day hacking event so as to create an environment that is conducive for innovation and learning.
Ultimately, Hackverse Chennai was a great success, with a strong turnout of participants and a wealth of knowledge exchanged. Zeeve was proud to be a part of the event and looks forward to continuing to support developers in leveraging the power of Web3 and decentralized applications.
