Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who has successfully delivered complex technology projects – preferably for global banking and financial institutions. This role requires someone who can operate at the intersection of technology, delivery, and stakeholder management, ensuring high-quality execution in fast-paced environments.
You will work closely with engineering, product, and clients to drive end-to-end project delivery, while maintaining strong communication across global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end project delivery across multiple blockchain and infrastructure projects
- Manage global clients, with a strong focus on banking and financial services implementations
- Translate business requirements into clear technical execution plans
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, risk registers, and dependencies
- Lead client communication, including status updates, escalations, and governance calls
- Ensure alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Identify risks proactively and drive mitigation strategies
- Drive process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and predictability
- Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance standards are maintained
Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
Preferred Background
- Experience working with top global banks or financial institutions (highly preferred)
- Exposure to large-scale project implementations in regulated environments
- Experience managing distributed/global teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6-12 years of experience in Technical Project Management
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or blockchain ecosystems is a strong advantage
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills (must-have)
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across geographies
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments
