Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who has successfully delivered complex technology projects – preferably for global banking and financial institutions. This role requires someone who can operate at the intersection of technology, delivery, and stakeholder management, ensuring high-quality execution in fast-paced environments.
You will work closely with engineering, product, and clients to drive end-to-end project delivery, while maintaining strong communication across global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end project delivery across multiple blockchain and infrastructure projects
• Manage global clients, with a strong focus on banking and financial services implementations
• Translate business requirements into clear technical execution plans
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, risk registers, and dependencies
• Lead client communication, including status updates, escalations, and governance calls
• Ensure alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders
• Identify risks proactively and drive mitigation strategies
• Drive process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and predictability
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance standards are maintained

Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.

Preferred Background

• Experience working with top global banks or financial institutions (highly preferred)
• Exposure to large-scale project implementations in regulated environments
• Experience managing distributed/global teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6-12 years of experience in Technical Project Management
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or blockchain ecosystems is a strong advantage
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills (must-have)
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across geographies
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments
